What Is Your Reservation & Cancellation Policy?
In order to book an appointment, a credit card is required. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged in full. If you no show, you will be charged in full. Due to the size of our facility and personalized service, cancellations and no shows greatly affect us. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
When Should I Arrive for My Appointment?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. If you are a first time client, you will fill in our confidential intake form. Enjoy tea and water and browse our boutique while waiting for your service
How Do I Purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased at our location or over the phone. We can email or mail the gift card to you or to the receiver. Gift cards must be presented at time of service. Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What About Confidentiality?
When speaking with your massage therapist or aesthetician, please inform them of special needs and concerns. What you disclose will be kept confidential.

What Is a Customary Gratuity?
It is customary to give a 20% gratuity.
How Will I Be Positioned During a Treatment?
You will be placed on your stomach, back and sometimes on your side depending upon the treatment and your comfort. If you are receiving a prenatal massage, you will be placed on your side with pillows to support you or face down using our prenatal pillow. When booking we will discuss the best option for you. In all cases, you will be properly covered at all times, and only the area being worked will be exposed.
When Should I Begin Receiving Prenatal Massage?
If you are experiencing a pregnancy without medical concerns, you can begin receiving prenatal massage in the first trimester with written consent from your doctor.
What Kind Of Pressure Will The Therapist Use?
Please be in touch with your massage therapist before and during the session. If it is too much or not enough, please let them know.
When Should I Not Receive Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have an acute injury, an infectious disease, deep vein thrombosis, or any other outstanding condition that requires medical attention please consult with your doctor. Please obtain written consent from your doctor if you are under their care.
