I have been here twice now and had a different massage therapist each time. The first was Susi herself and the second time was Tim. Both were absolutely incredible! They both took the time to listen to which areas I needed the most work on, made sure the pressure was never too much, and always made me feel comfortable. I run an inn in town and always recommend Susi Laura's to all of my guests. This will always be my go to for all my massage needs.

I really enjoyed my experience at Susi Laura. Jake, my massage therapist, was awesome and very professional. I've had several massages at Susi Laura over the past year and every one of them has been wonderful. The massage therapists I've had have all been interested in knowing exactly what my needs are and have been 100% successful in giving me exactly what I've asked for. They are very kind and personable and really the best. They have a great shopping area in the lobby and I've gotten holiday gifts for family as well as yummy candles and a beautiful lavender filled, silk eye pillow for myself. I'm grateful Ridgefield has such a special place.

Susi Laura is the best place to get a massage! I have left each and every time feeling incredible. The staff at the front desk greet you with a warm smile to get checked in. I have had massages with both Kristin and Susi. They are both thorough and make sure to pay extra attention to any tight spots I have. Each time I feel so relaxed after my massage is done. As a bonus, there is a boutique with great items! I have purchased great clothes and gifts in the boutique. I highly recommend you book your next spa day here. It is the only place I will go.

If you haven't treated yourself to a visit with Susi Laura lately, or ever, you're truly missing out. Whether it's a relaxing facial or an incredible massage, every service is exceptional. The therapists are professional, welcoming, and always create a peaceful, relaxing experience. I've never had anything less than outstanding care, and they've even been wonderful about accommodating last-minute appointments when I needed them. Susi and her amazing team are truly a gem in our community, and I can't recommend them enough!

My absolute favorite place for relaxation. Susi Laura, the owner, is meticulous about making sure every client receives the very best service. The rooms are beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Everything is five-star, from the heated massage tables to the soothing lighting and beautiful music. They offer a wide range of services, but my personal favorite is the Swedish massage by Susi herself. I've also had reflexology, and it was top-notch as well. I highly recommend this as the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and treat yourself.
